I'm like a magnet when it comes to pretty coloured liquid lipsticks and NYX and Revlon seem to have a really good selection of liquid lipsticks, so I thought I'd share my thoughts on my (very small) collection
"Eyebrows are sisters not twins"... mine are more like long lost cousins but I try aha, these are some of the products I have been using on my brows recently...
I wanted to see how much of a simple, wearable, every day makeup look I could achieve with Naked Smoky by Urban Decay, and I think we have achieved just that :)
Caring for you skin is so important and although I have been very lucky with my genetics regarding my skin (thanks mum and dad - guess I'll forgive you for giving me a big nose), I do also try my best to look after it the best I can through various lotions and potions and Clinique products appear to play a massive role in my skincare routine.
This half of the uni/school/college year is always when people start thinking about starting revision and planning for those dreaded summer exams - this is actually the first year that my exams were done in January and after 10 years of taking exams every single year I have finally got a revision technique that works for me so I thought I'd share incase anyone is looking for tips and tricks. But please don't hate me if they don't work for you - it's just what works for me!
Is this not the most gorgeous palette you have ever seen?! Naked Heat by Urban Decay is rapidly became my favourite palette I've owned and so I thought I'd share it with you incase you're needing makeup recommendations :)
(I am fully aware that we are now on Naked Cherry but I just love this palette so so much)
As you probably know by now, UD Primer Potion is my holy grail product when it comes to eyeshadow priming, I've honestly never found anything comparable. So I'm trying the Too Faced Shadow Insurance to see how it compares...
The other day I was in the gym and I just had this super random almost epiphany like thought, and it made me want to write a mini post on confidence. Anyone who knows me well will know that I am not the most confident person in the world when it comes to self-belief or anything really ahah.
Something was apparently super funny when I was capturing these images but today I am back with another fun makeup look today, using a multitude of various palettes because apparently one was not enough!
I am fully aware that this post features Naked Heat which is literally all I ever talk about, but bear with aha... I wrote this post to show the more everyday look that can be created with this palette compared to the more 'going out' look I created the other day (find that here)
Today's post is a little different, but I thought I would suggest a couple of products which would be great if you're wanting to start out with high end makeup! These were the first few bits that I started buying :)
Over Christmas I received some new skincare which I have been trialling and testing out and thought I'd share the routine and products that are working for me currently (not all of these were gifts for Christmas this year, only a couple!) I tend to use these mostly in the evening and am super lazy in the mornings and just use a standard face wash and moisturiser as I'm nearly always running late!
