Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Colors

Oh. My. Goodness. Look how beautiful these little gems are! Literally I just want to wear them all in one go (which obviously is not a sensible idea) but they're just stunning! 

A while back there was a real hype around these Revlon lip colours, so I went and bought the least dramatic colour which is 'seduction' to see what all the hype was about. I don't tend to wear any lip products because I tend to find that no matter how much lip balm I use, lipsticks just instantly make my lips look chapped. Ever since I bought 'seduction' it has literally changed my lipstick life (if thats even a thing!) I wear it all the time for occasions, it has amazing lasting power and is really easy to apply. The colour pay-off is amazing, and it does dry matte eventually. I mean, matte wise, it does take a while to dry but once its on, its on for the night. The other thing I love is that it doesn't seem to dry out my lips at all! 

 

I then needed to use up my Boots points (best feeling ever) and so saw these on offer and on 3 for 2, which was kind of a no brainer! So currently in Boots there is £2 off and 3 for 2 which means these are a real bargain right now, so what better opportunity to try out some of the more daring colours. I went for a hot pink (Obsession), bright red (Love) and a peach colour (Flirtation). So far my favourites are Seduction and Flirtation because I'm still getting used to seeing really bright colours on my lips but I'm really excited to wear these out and play around with some new makeup looks! The only thing I've noticed about the brighter colours is that they are a little trickier to apply but practice makes perfect, right?! 

Overall, I would say that these are a really great product if you're looking for a lip colour that isn't a lipstick, amazing colour payoff, non drying and only £8.99 full price which for lipstick of this quality is a steal! I would say, if they were to add another colour it would be really cool to have a really deep purple as they have a deep red/berry shade but I just think that would be really nice for winter, so Revlon if on the off chance you're reading this... we would like a dark purple next!
